As a Die Cutter Operator, you will operate and maintain a Bobst die-cutting machine to transform printed sheets into finished high-quality products such as flyers, pocket folders, greeting cards, brochures, packaging materials, and catalogs. This process includes precision die-cutting, scoring, and perforating to ensure every project meets our quality standards. This exciting position allows you to showcase your machine operating experience, attention to detail, and craftsmanship while making a real impact on the products we deliver to our customers.

Follow job tickets and written instructions to ensure each project meets customer specifications. Set up and operate a Bobst die-cutting machine according to job ticket specifications. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot on cutting equipment. Collaborate with the print production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment. Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail. Preferred 3 years experience operating machines. Ability to read and interpret job tickets, die lines, and written instructions. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills, measuring skills, and computer proficiency. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including overtime as needed.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM -3:30 PM. Overtime available.
