7 on 7 off schedule Monday-Sunday 7 am - 5 pm
4 - 5 rooms per day
20 minute pager call back time
Bread & butter, ortho, OB, endo, and occasional ENT ped cases
No scheduled weekend cases -- only emergency
Pre op/post op cases at night
No own cases during the day, just at night with exception of blocks
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
