ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB SUMMARY

• Using forklift
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing trucks
• Identify, count and track inventory items (will be trained)
• Maintain tidiness of yard/shop (weed, cut grass, put items in distinct place, cull through “junk” items, sweep)
• Maintain tidiness of office and conference room (sweep, mop, dust, garbage removal, etc)
• Minor mechanical repairs and mechanical problem solving
• Record lot numbers/heat dates as necessary
• Answer phones when in office and other people are on calls
• Transportation orders (orders to hotshot companies for a necessary truck) and Delivery Tickets
• Other job-related duties or functions as directed by the supervisor, customer or situation.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365; Familiar with or willing to learn NetSuite, Align
• Familiar with or willing to learn products
• Forklift certification (or on the job training)
• Capable of lifting 75 pounds
• Problem solving skills
• Organizational skills
• Conflict management

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Majority of work will be performed outdoors with only a small amount of time in a shared office
• Rain, snow and sleet may be part of the job
• Safety is a primary concern
• Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm
