Warehouse Order Picker – 2nd Shift

Pay: $21.20 per hour
Freezer Pay: $21.70 per hour when assigned to the freezer
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
Location: Piedmont, SC

CER Management Group is hiring dependable Warehouse Order Pickers for a refrigerated food-distribution facility.

This is a full-time, second-shift position. Employees will select products from warehouse inventory, verify orders for accuracy, and prepare completed orders for shipment.

Schedule

• Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Monday through Thursday: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Approximately 40 hours per week

Pay

• Base rate: $21.20 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour when assigned to the freezer
• Freezer assignment rate: $21.70 per hour

Responsibilities

• Pick the correct products and quantities for customer orders
• Use pick lists, labels, or handheld scanners
• Place products on pallets, carts, or designated containers
• Verify item numbers and order quantities
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect products
• Stage completed orders for loading and shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow warehouse, food-safety, and workplace safety procedures

Work Environment

This position is located inside a refrigerated warehouse. Some employees may also be assigned to work in freezer areas.

Applicants must be comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods. The job requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Order-picking or food-distribution experience is a plus
• Ability to work the full Sunday-through-Thursday schedule
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-paced warehouse
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
