Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Interventional Radiology required; recent experience within the last 12 months.
License: Active state license to practice verified in the last 30 days.
Certifications: Active ACLS certification; Active BLS certification.
Must-Have:
- No hits on state license to practice.
- Life support certifications from approved vendors.
- Driver's license to verify residency.


Description:
Shifts are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, four days a week, Monday through Friday.
On-call requirements include nights and weekends, 2-3 times per week, depending on staffing.
May float based on staffing needs.
Candidates must be able to start on the specified start date or within one week of that date.
Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and no requests can be made during the first week of the assignment.
Candidates must outline all criteria they are willing to accept clearly.
Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments can expedite the offer process.
Travel experience is highly preferred.
All candidates must adhere strictly to background check standards.

A skills checklist related to Med Imaging/IR must be completed within the last 12 months.
Active certifications from approved vendors are required.
