Our Line Cooks are responsible for the daily production of food for the Clubs casual dining and fine dining restaurants.What You'll Do:Set up, maintain, and break down work stations;Follow daily prep lists and instruction provided by the supervisor and be ready for service by the times specified;Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work station and equipment;Attend daily pre-shift meetings;Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC.Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen a plus but not required.Professional knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety proceduresPhysical Requirements:Able to lift 25 lbs. comfortably.Ability to bend and twist with no limitations.Ability to work on feet for long periods of time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
