Maintain precise inventory records for all supplies, equipment, and materials. Ensure secure storage and issuance of stock. Collaborate with procurement transactors to order, restock, and contact vendors for price comparisons. Oversee end‑to‑end management of the materials and tool inventory stock program, valued at approximately $825K. Ensure compliance with internal audit, UCR/UCOP policies, procedures, and guidelines for the inventory warehouse. Requirements Current work authorization required to accept a UCR staff position.
