Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated.About the Role:We are looking for a RFC Order Selector to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. RFC Order Selector responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. This role reports to the RFC Operations Manager.Responsibilities Include:Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersOperate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop as requiredOrganize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all timesWear the proper safety equipmentAbout The Pay:Base Salary Range: $20 Hourly401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental & VisionEmployees are eligible to earn up to ten (10) days of vacation per year.
