Looking for an opportunity where your personality, confidence, and people skills can help you build a rewarding career? The Fountaine Collective is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Sales Associate .

In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands at retail promotions, shopping centers, and live events throughout Indianapolis. You'll connect with customers face-to-face, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions while developing valuable sales and communication skills.

No previous sales experience is required. If you're eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and are motivated to succeed, we'll provide the training, coaching, and mentorship you need to thrive.

What You'll Do

Every day brings new opportunities to meet people and build your skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing nationally recognized brands at retail events and promotional campaigns 
• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner 
• Introducing products and services while identifying customer needs 
• Demonstrating product features and explaining key benefits 
• Guiding customers through the sign-up or purchasing process 
• Meeting individual and team sales goals 
• Building positive relationships with customers 
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every event
