Radiation Therapist - Per Diem - Days page is loaded## Radiation Therapist - Per Diem - Dayslocations: SWH Swedish Hospital Chicagotime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R42114**Hourly Pay Range:**$37.47 - $58.08 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.**Position Highlights:*** **Position**: Radiation Therapist, Oncology* **Location**: Swedish Hospital - Chicago, IL* **Per Diem | Hours are Based on Department Needs*** **Hours**: Shifts will vary Monday-Friday, starting at 7:30am - 4:00pm, no weekend or holidays.* **Required Travel**: Evanston, Glenbrook, and Highland Park Hospital as needed**What you will do:*** Simulates treatment set-ups, performs dosimetric calculation, and accurately delivers ionizing radiation as prescribed by the radiation oncologist while working under general supervision of the System Manager, Radiation Oncology.* Assists in patient care and management.* Adheres to clinical, technical and operational policies and procedures.**What you will need:*** **Education**: Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program, **required**.* **Certification**: At a minimum, must be a candidate for ARRT (R)(American Registry of Radiological Technology) (Radiology Therapy) certification. **Must successfully complete certification exam and be registered within one year of start date into position.*** Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association, **required**.* **License**: IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure, **required**.* **Experience**: previous experience with Varian equipment and previous experience with ARIA EMR, *preferred*.**Benefits (For full time or part time positions):*** Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
