Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Monument Health and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Monument Health.

Unit/Facility Details: Free parking

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mix of 8 Hr & 10 Hr Shifts. Varied shifts as needed.

• Weekend rotation and holiday expectations: Discussed during interview

• On call: Rarely, discussed during interview

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
