Specialty Account Manager

Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the designated sales territory/region Collaborate with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills Formulate a business plan to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers Handle customer complaints in accordance with Company policies and advise management promptly Develop territory plans to optimize servicing customer needs and seek new business/customers Educate referral sources on CSI services relating to customer needs and benefits Create competitive strategies and routing based on market trends Comply with Company policies, instructions, and directives Complete and submit required reports and administrative duties timely Maintain current files and records Assist management with market tests, surveys, budgets, and territory analysis Provide high-quality services to home-care patients and referral sources Attend and participate in conventions, trade shows, and IV therapy in-services Represent the company ethically and professionally Maintain effective working relationships and cooperate with company personnel Perform other assigned duties Requirements College degree preferred or equivalent experience Minimum two years medical sales or equivalent experience Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience a plus Must possess the ability to multi-task and frequently change direction Must have and maintain a valid driver's license Must maintain automobile insurance coverage Must have access to a reliable automobile Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment Legally authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in medical sales with a focus on relationship building, territory management, and customer service.
