Start Date: 09/07/2026

End Date: 12/07/2026

Shift: Day shift, 3x13-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Hours/week: 39 hours

Employment Type: Contract

License/Certs: Massachusetts RN license, BC in Neurosurgery preferred

Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required

Hourly Rate: $129.98/hour

What You'll Do

• Participate in inpatient neurosurgery patient rounds alongside residents
• Review patient plans, place orders, and assess patients needing attention
• Manage discharge procedures and patient documentation
• Collaborate within a neurosurgical care team in a hospital setting
• Perform patient care activities, focusing on post-surgical neurosurgery patients
• Remove drains (hemovac/JP drains) as needed (preferred skill)

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license with current certification
• Board Certification in Neurosurgery preferred
• Minimum 1 year neuro-related clinical experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
