Director of Nursing

Trueman Pointe Care Center, along-termcare facility inHilliard , OH isseekingan experienced, energetic,strongand dedicated RN Director of Nursing to lead the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily. The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe following duties: Overalldirection,coordination& evaluationof nursing care services provided to the residents. Implementing nursing services,objectionsand standards; resolving resident care issues. Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines. Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents areobserved& enforced. Overseeing State Survey complaints,investigationsand resolutions. The successful candidate willpossessthe following minimum qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing Minimum of 2 years as an RN of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility Musthave excellent computer and communication skills. Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules,regulationsand guidelines.
