Christus Health is seeking a Physician Recruiter based in Alamogordo, NM, operating in a hybrid capacity to drive the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers across Southern New Mexico. Responsibilities Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers across Southern New Mexico facilities and clinics. Design and execute sourcing plans to attract top clinical talent, including direct outreach, networking, and participation in recruitment events. Foster and maintain strong relationships with residency and fellowship programs, medical staff leaders, and community partners. Screen candidates. Coordinate candidate interviews. Manage travel logistics for candidates and hiring teams. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to understand workforce needs and define candidate profiles. Track recruitment metrics and report progress. Document activity and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems. Represent the organization at recruitment conferences, job fairs, residency events, and community engagement functions. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or related field. Must live in Alamogordo, NM or surrounding area. Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
