Communicate cross-functionally to ensure materials are available at point of use.• Oversee inventory for product line, understanding root cause of discrepancies, and work through corrective action.• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support factory operational goals.VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this positionWhat Skills You Need• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to excel in a cross-functional team environment.• Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks/projects with the ability to shift priorities as needed in a fast-paced production environment.• Experience working proactively in a self-guided environment with the ability to seek out additional responsibility.• Experience analyzing data and solving problems to achieve desired resultsWhat Makes You Stand Out• Previous experience in Supply Management or Material Flow such as planning/scheduling, logistics, material replenishment, etc.• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off hours as business needs.• SAP experienceEducationIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or engineering or equivalent related work experienceWhat You'll GetAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
