Machinist/Tool Maker

Description Perfection Chain Products has an opportunity available for Machinist/Tool Maker. Job Details Full‑time position, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, at our facility in Cullman, Alabama. The starting pay is $20 per hour, depending on experience, and the role is eligible for our full benefits package. Job Duties and Responsibilities This position will assist with developing and creating process improvements for new and existing machinery, assist with our tool and die operations, troubleshoot mechanical problems, and sharpen/maintain punch press dies. The role works in a warehouse environment and will require standing/walking during most shifts. The material handler should expect to be on their feet during most of the shift. Qualifications Mechanical process experience including metal stamping. Basic knowledge of chemical and physical properties of metals (steel, brass, aluminum). Basic knowledge of lubricants used in metal forming and punching. Tool and die experience is a huge plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
