Job Description:
Construction Manager - Transmission & Substation
(Level 2)

Role and Scope of Position:
The Construction Manager provides field-based constructability and feasibility insight during the development of transmission and substation capital projects.
The role supports early assessments, ensuring that design and planning efforts incorporate field conditions and requirements necessary for future construction as part of the Shovel Ready Initiative.

Essential Functions:
Conduct constructability and site feasibility reviews during project development for identified shelf projects.
Validate access, workspace, and site conditions
Provide input on anticipated construction constraints and risks to engineering and project management to support project development.
Support outage feasibility planning during early development

Experience and Education:
5 to 10 years of experience.
A degree would be preferred but it's not mandatory.
