Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to support routine financial and administrative activities in a remote environment.

This is an entry-level, part-time opportunity for someone interested in developing practical bookkeeping and business skills. Candidates should be comfortable working with numbers, following established procedures, and learning accounting software and financial systems.

Previous professional bookkeeping experience is not required. Training and onboarding may be provided for qualified candidates.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Enter and review financial information accurately.

Assist with transaction tracking and account reconciliation.

Support invoice, payment, and expense-related processes.

Review records for completeness and identify discrepancies for follow-up.

Maintain organized digital financial files.

Assist with preparing basic financial reports and summaries.

Follow established accounting procedures and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality when handling financial and business information.

Communicate with team members regarding routine bookkeeping questions and assigned tasks.

Qualifications
