Job description Tender Care Home Health currently has excellent career opportunities for Occupational Therapists to provide individualized, goal directed therapy care in the Las Cruces area. Duties Performing Occupational Therapy assessments regarding the health status of patients; developing and implementing a plan of care which emphasizes the teaching of best practices. Occupational Therapist will also coordinate patient care with the physician, management and the multidisciplinary teams. Requirements Current state license to practice in the state of New Mexico as an Occupational Therapist. Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Current CPR/BLS Card Current driver's license, and auto liability insurance.
