Our established, high-performing Cypress practice is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join a tenured team that believes in collaboration, professional growth, and exceptional patient care.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

The team begins each day with a morning huddle and works together to create a smooth and efficient patient experience.

What to Expect

• Approximately 9 patients per day

• New hires begin with longer appointment times to support success

• Gradual ramp-up schedule for onboarding

• Floater assistant available to help as needed

• Strong support from doctors, assistants, and leadership

Whether you are an experienced hygienist or a newer graduate, you will receive a structured onboarding experience designed to help you build confidence and succeed.

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
