The position requires a professional with 1 year of skilled home health experience. This role is 8-hour days with a patient ratio of 1:1. Therapists may visit up to 6 patients per day. The standard expectation is to meet 30 productivity points. Travelers must have their own transportation. Occasional travel may involve a radius of 50+ miles. Primary series COVID vaccination and one booster are required. Oasis experience is necessary for this position. The facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. Weekend availability is not required. Due to safety protocols, travelers will not float between different units. Casual scrub attire is permitted. The facility employs an EPIC/Oasis charting system. Reference checks are required from two professionals covering the last year of experience. All travelers are expected to comply with facility-wide policies.
