About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and food prep area
• Monitor food stock and freshness, rotating inventory as needed
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food deliveries
• Adapt to changing menu needs and customer requests with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook, prep cook, or in a food service environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
