About the Role:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• You will work in partnership with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care that exceeds our residents' expectations.

• You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, maintain accurate and detailed records, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with other interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, such as patient satisfaction surveys and clinical outcomes tracking.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including documentation and reporting.
