  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment and crisis plans, and implement behavior support strategies to foster client promotion and recovery.

  • Document and maintain clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools during evaluations and progress assessments to identify and address client needs effectively.

  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated support services that address the diverse needs of clients.

  • Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development, attending training sessions and participating in relevant workshops to enhance clinical skills.
  • \n
  • Act as a liaison between clients, community resources, and state agencies, fostering relationships that facilitate holistic care.

  • Promote agency initiatives and represent the organization at meetings and conferences, advocating for client needs and securing necessary resources.

  • Participate in continuous evaluation of service delivery to align with our organizational goals and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance operational efficiency and client care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

  • An independent LMHC license issued by the state of Connecticut is necessary to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in outpatient behavioral health services is highly preferred.
