Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar Supervisores de Equipo y Miembros del Equipo
- Reclutar, contratar y capacitar nuevos Supervisores de Equipo y Miembros del Equipo en métodos de construcción y operación de equipos
- Gestionar personal, producción y datos operativos para asegurar operaciones seguras y eficientes
- Examinar e inspeccionar el progreso del trabajo, equipos, sitios de construcción y hacer recomendaciones según sea necesario
- Comunicarse con gerentes, profesionales técnicos, otros departamentos o contratistas para coordinar proyectos y resolver problemas
- Ser el punto de contacto para clientes y miembros del equipo
- Asegurar la calidad y seguridad en el sitio de trabajo
- Operar y mantener los vehículos de la empresa
- Preparar y llevar a cabo reuniones y revisiones de seguridad semanales
- Cumplir con todas las políticas de la empresa de acuerdo con el Manual del Empleado y de Seguridad
- Cumplir con los plazos y trabajar bien bajo presión en un entorno de ritmo rápido
Requisitos :
- Debe tener experiencia comprobada como Gerente de Producción en la industria de la construcción o similar
- Debe tener experiencia en supervisión y liderazgo
- Se requieren habilidades efectivas de comunicación
- Se requiere buen juicio y capacidad para tomar decisiones acertadas
- Realizar trabajo físico para cargar/descargar materiales y estar de pie/caminar en terrenos irregulares
- Cómodo trabajando al aire libre
- Debe tener licencia de conducir válida con un historial de conducción favorable
- Debe pasar una prueba de drogas y verificación de antecedentes antes del empleo
Compensación ofrecida:
- $50,000/año - $60,000/año
