Qualified candidates will possess the following:

·        Hands-on experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-site network environment strongly preferred.

·        Proven track record in network troubleshooting, maintenance, and enterprise infrastructure support.

·        Strong sense of ownership, personal accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·        Ability to manage multiple priority projects simultaneously, from routine site updates to complex infrastructure rollouts, in a fast-paced environment.
