We are seeking: a full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers at our 142nd Street, Ocean City, MD branch location.

You will be responsible for: handling customer transactions, including:

• Deposits and withdrawals
• Account maintenance, such as address changes
• Issuing debit cards
• Responding to routine account inquiries
• Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
• Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Additional tasks as assigned

What you bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior banking experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• A professional appearance

• This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance.
