The Chief Medical Officer serves as the Medical Director of Integrated Services of Kalamazoo and acts as the primary medical advisor to the Chief Executive Officer on all matters related to: • Medical and psychiatric policy • Clinical treatment strategy • Quality, safety, and standards of care The CMO partners closely with the Chief of Staff and Senior Executive of Integrated Health Services to develop, implement, and continually refine a strategic business plan for psychiatric and integrated healthcare services. Approximately 30% of the role remains clinically active, providing direct patient care, while the remainder focuses on leadership, oversight, and system-level improvement initiatives.
