IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change Manager for a hybrid position (3 days per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role drives the execution and adoption of enterprise change initiatives within a dynamic banking environment. The position leads stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies while ensuring alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC requirements. The ideal candidate will partner across business and technology teams to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes, leveraging data and metrics to track effectiveness and support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Work on day-to-day Change Governance activities and priorities
• Help facilitate and prepare for the upcoming Service Management Transformation Program
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies
• Ensure alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC requirements
• Partner across business and technology teams to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes

Requirements:

• University Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 5-8 years of experience in change management
• At least 2 years of project management or lead experience
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or BMC Remedy
• Experience in tool adoption and migration
• Experience working on projects using matured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.)
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, and Test Management Systems
• Experience with JQL within Jira and other applications
• Working experience in a Global organization with an onshore/offshore model
• A team player, self-starter, and quick learner

Desired skills:

• 5-7 years of banking domain experience
• 3-4 years of Governance experience

Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 per hour
