Geriatric Clinical Pharmacist - Med Review & Care
PACE Southeast Michigan
PACE Southeast Michigan is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical pharmacy services. You will collaborate with medical staff, monitor drug therapy, and optimize care for elderly participants. The ideal candidate should possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be a licensed pharmacist in Michigan. Experience in ambulatory care and geriatrics is preferred.
