Travel Radiology Special Procedures Technologist - $2,257 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Miami, Florida, beginning on 06/01/2026. The position involves 12‑hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, and requires a licensed Interventional Radiographer. Job Details Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days (3x12 days) Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Develop and maintain proficiency in clinical systems such as McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, and Teletrak. Monitor equipment performance and ensure it meets specifications. Assist the supervisor in maintaining adequate supplies for patient care. Ensure relevant exam information is captured at the time of the exam. Assist radiologists in performing exams, providing clinical excellence. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as an Interventional Radiographer. Independent decision‑making skills. Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions. Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families. Ability to relate positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other employees. Capable of maintaining regular attendance. Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post‑offer health assessment. Physical and sensory requirements: walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, hearing and responding to pages, reading and writing, verbal and written communication, remaining calm under stress, and distinguishing smells, tastes, and temperatures.
