Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and individualized patient care in a fast-paced surgical setting. The RN will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care and patient education.
• Perform patient assessments, prioritize care needs, and utilize critical thinking skills.
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with procedures.
• Coordinate care with providers and healthcare teams.
• Triage patient requests and manage high volumes of patient communications.
• Delegate care appropriately in accordance with Colorado nursing regulations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and support patient-centered care initiatives.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a surgical environment.
