As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support guests, residents, and staff through professional communication and exceptional customer service while reporting observations and responding to site needs. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of guest areas, parking areas, building exteriors, amenities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
