Senior Battery Storage Program Lead
Fluence
Fluence seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and communications across clients, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial/power/energy or BESS projects with strong leadership, collaboration, and commercial acumen. Travel ~15% is expected.
