Civil Project Engineer

Overview KL&A Engineers and Builders seeks candidates for civil engineering design opportunities within a developing Civil Engineering Department. This position offers a range of design opportunities including site development, water, wastewater, stormwater, and general civil engineering projects. Responsibilities Contribute to the design and development of civil engineering projects across site development, water, wastewater, stormwater, and related disciplines. Collaborate with team members to deliver technically sound designs and documentation. Train and mentor less experienced staff as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Able to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship Registered P.E., or in pursuit of P.E. license Minimum 4 years of professional experience Proficient using Civil 3D software for producing plans Experience compiling construction specifications Passion for design and problem solving Great written and verbal communication skills Dedication to client-centered service and technical excellence Ability and willingness to train less experienced staff Bonus Qualifications Land surveying experience Keys to Success Acknowledge this position is a career and not just a job Work successfully in a team environment Build trust with coworkers and clients Strive to expand professional knowledge and skills Be proactive, not reactive Demand quality Why KL&A?
