As a Controller, you will support our care teams in delivering excellent patient service and community health. Responsibilities Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements. Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management to achieve performance and quality objectives. Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal and external audits. Creates and fosters a professional growth environment. Ensures the department remains focused on their role in the continuum of care. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
