Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Outpatient Adult Medicine | Citrus Park, FL Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Citrus Park, Florida medical center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient primary care in a collaborative, value-based care environment while building long-term relationships with an adult patient population (18+). At Sanitas, our physicians are supported by an integrated healthcare model designed to improve patient outcomes through preventive care, coordinated treatment, and a multidisciplinary team approach. Adult patient population (18+)

Monday-Friday schedule

No weekends

No call responsibilities

No hospital rounding

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult patients (18+)

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management

Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs

Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies

Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams

Educate patients on preventive health and healthy lifestyle choices

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)

Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain

Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain

Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills

Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
