Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM

Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to assist a local healthcare organization. This role supports daily business operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth workflows across teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, customer support, and operational coordination in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage various documents, communications, and records
• Review and maintain data for accuracy and completeness
• Process incoming communications (mail, voicemail, email) and route appropriately
• Provide general administrative and customer service support
• Coordinate information and materials between internal departments
• Assist with research, reporting, and data tracking
• Support internal processes such as access requests and vendor coordination
• Identify and help improve workflow efficiencies
• Perform additional operational or administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Customer service experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
