AR Specialist

Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:

• Maintain monthly pension/health insurance billings and receipts
• Posting deposits, applying AR payments
• Respond to inquires regarding billing and benefit changes
• Process and distribute monthly benefits statements
• Support process improvement

Top 3 Must-Have Skills (stack-ranked w/ % of time):

1. AR/Billing experience (health insurance and pension plans, if possible)
2. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, v look ups)
3. Bachelor's or Associates in Accounting
