POSITION DESCRIPTION Seabright is partnering with an exceptional ABA Clinic who is looking for a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Schedule: Full Time Pediatric caseload Weekly Pay Range: $38 - $41 BENEFITS Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Infertility & Domestic Partner Coverage Summer Insurance Coverage Paid holidays and PTO 401K matching Wellness and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral bonuses Realistic monthly bonus potential QUALIFICATIONS The minimum qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum) Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire.
