Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be upbeat, friendly, kind, have a great sense of humor, and enjoy working in a small office supporting our clients. We're looking for someone that has an ability to maintain and improve existing efficient systems to keep our office running smoothly. Responsibilities Provide a welcoming atmosphere to our clients and guests Establish and maintain business standards for regulatory compliance, accuracy, and reliability Manage the daily functions of the business Prepare monthly reports showing performance Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed Manage office needs Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry Series 65 registration a bonus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multitask Comfort working alone at times Salary: $60,000-$72,000 depending on experience.
