Customer Experience Liaison

Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities Help the sales team process and submit paperwork Answer and receive inbound emails and phone calls and transfer accordingly Prospect and contact potential customers Understand how to qualify customer leads using google maps and county property appraiser Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Schedule sales appointments for qualified leads Set up opportunities in NetSuite per each scheduled sales appointment Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Create sales material to present to customers Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Experience with Supply Pro software preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms, Net Suite experience preferred Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description At CRA we are passionate about serving the community that we live and work in.
