Unit Manager RN/ LPN

Good Shepherd Village is an 81-bed LTC/SNF facility. We are seeking a Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Long‑Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. This person will need great organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues and implement solutions.
