Job Description Pay Range: $18.96- $21.10 / hour As a Lead 1, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your team by ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment. You will lead by example, setting the standard for kindness and en-chuzey-asm in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience. Responsibilities Set and maintain Chuze standards in customer by welcoming and interacting with all members Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean Assist in all aspects of front desk operations, including membership sign-ups, retail presentation, amenities, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and making smoothies, if applicable Train all front desk employees and maintain knowledge of best practices and policies found in in-person coaching, Learning Management System (LMS) paths, and Harassment Prevention training Support running daily shift operations such as breaking employees for lunches, delegating and following up on cleaning responsibilities, and successfully completing opening and closing responsibilities Support in troubleshooting member inquiries and partner with management for escalated concerns Assist in administrative tasks such as member management software reports, inventory counts and managing club email Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings Perks & Benefits Accrued PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, and other supplemental insurance 401k Free Chuze Fitness Membership Discount on all retail purchases, vendor products, and smoothies (at applicable clubs) Free CPR, First Aid, and AED Training Free food handler training and certification (for locations with smoothie bar only) Growth opportunities *Benefits for Part-Time employees may differ Physical requirements Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement Standing for long periods Computer operations Ability to lift at least 50lbs Additional Information Chuze Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualifications Experience Required Teamwork-based mentality with the capacity to deliver and receive feedback Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with attention to detail Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed 1 year of Customer Service experience Preferred Bilingual in Spanish Previous experience running shifts or leading a team High school graduate or GED Equal Opportunity Employer.
