Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Job PostingMilwaukee manufacturing facility is looking to hire an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to be responsible for all production equipment and building and grounds maintenance. Strong background in preventative maintenance and pumps is key.Responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance Tech:Diagnose, troubleshoot and assess equipment breakdowns to determine extent of necessary repairsPerform preventative maintenance on all production machineryRepair to production machinery including pumps in order to keep lines continuously operationalResponsible for repair of buildings and building systems without interruption of productionPerform construction, repair, and grounds maintenance projectsRequirements of the Industrial Maintenance Tech:High School Diploma or GED5+ years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environmentMust have experience repairing and troubleshooting pumps and industrial equipmentAbility to Weld (Mig, Tig and Stick)Read blueprintsStrong basic math skills including algebraExperience in building maintenance to include HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbingAbility to operate within a team atmosphere and communicate with customers and vendorsAble to become forklift certifiedBenefits: Health Dental PTO Holiday Vacation 401K
