Salary: $25.00 Clinical Receptionist (Temporary - Crescent City) Location: Crescent City, CAPay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Shifts: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (rotating as needed)
Assignment Length: Minimum 2 months, with potential to extend to 4 months or longer Immediate Opening A busy healthcare clinic in Crescent City is seeking a professional and compassionate Temporary Clinical Receptionist to join its front office team. This temporary position is available immediately and offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients while supporting daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients and visitors
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments
- Verify and update patient information
- Process payments, co-pays, and patient check-out
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers and data entry
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute to a team environment
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
