Property Manager – Commercial Office Building We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a 98,000 square foot commercial property located in University Park, Texas . This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who excels in tenant relations, financial oversight, employee management and building operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for tenants; build strong relationships and promptly address concerns Oversee vendor contracts, service providers, and maintenance teams Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects Manage a team of eight employees Assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant move‑ins/move‑outs Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing commercial properties.
