Remote Processing Specialist

To support the Integrated Customer Services team, the full-time Remote Processing Specialist will ensure accurate processing of energy rebate requests while meeting performance standards and contributing to process improvements. Key responsibilities: Perform data entry and validation of energy rebate requests Consistently meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Contribute to process improvements in a collaborative team environment Required qualifications: Previous experience in data entry is a plus Strong organizational skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications are beneficial Resourceful and inquisitive with a high energy level Flexibility with schedule; ability to work split shifts, evenings, and/or Saturdays as needed Dedicated home office space free from personal disruptions
