Experience & Qualifications Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist. Open to SLPs at all experience levels. Must be able to screen/evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness; modify services accordingly and refer when appropriate. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to speech disorders. Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements. Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
